Sulaymaniyah Governor (Dr. Haval Abubakir) Congratulates Dr. Ali Qaradaghi.

After Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi successfully won the majority of votes in a clear and transparent election, he was elected as the President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars. This garnered a significant reaction from Kurds and became a source of pride for Kurdistan, with many prominent Kurdish figures, in addition to other international countries, extending their congratulations to him.

For his part, the Governor of Sulaymaniyah (Dr. Haval Abubakir) also sent a message of congratulation to Dr. Ali on becoming president.

"On behalf of the Sulaymaniyah Governorate, we extend our congratulations to the esteemed Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi on his election as the President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars. We wish for his experience, knowledge, and capabilities to be a support and aid in establishing peace, tranquility, stability, understanding, and greater coexistence among different religions and nations worldwide. We also hope that, as always, he will be an ambassador and advocate for the just cause of our people at regional and international levels.
