The Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars Visits Lebanon to Support Education and Scientific Research, Distributing Funds to Schools and Universities

The Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars visited Lebanon with the aim of supporting education and scientific research in the country. He also distributed a sum of money that had been collected for Lebanese schools and universities, delivering it to its intended recipients.

During his visit, Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi delivered a lecture at the University of Tripoli, which is affiliated with the Al-Islah Association. He was welcomed by the university's president, Prof. Dr. Raafat Al-Miqati, and Sheikh Salah Al-Din Al-Miqati was present at his lecture. In his speech, Dr. Ali spoke about the importance of knowledge and its role in building society, and encouraged students to excel in their studies and strive for knowledge acquisition.

Following this, Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi visited several schools in Lebanon to distribute money among teachers and students. At the same time, he presented awards and honors to successful students and encouraged them to continue their studies and strive for success.

The visit included a photo exhibition about the university and its founder. Finally, the university president presented a shield of honor to Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi, the Qatar Charity Organization, and the Islamic Body for Supervision. Afterwards, a cooperation protocol was signed and commemorative photos were taken.

This visit by Dr. Ali Qaradaghi to Lebanon is considered an important event for Lebanese society, as this financial support comes at a time when the country is facing numerous major economic and social challenges. The visit demonstrated universal solidarity in supporting education and encouraging youth to strive for science and knowledge.
