Dr. Ali Qaradaghi Provides Cancer Treatment Equipment

Today, Dr. Bamo Naqshbandi, Director of Zhyanawa Cancer Treatment Center, and a number of hospital staff, welcomed a high-level delegation from the Human Development University, headed by Professor Dr. Mariwan Ahmed Rashid, President of the University, and his assistants, Dr. Hiwa Abubakr and Dr. Anwar Mohammed Faraj. The university delegation's visit was to see the work of the equipment provided to the center by Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi at his own expense from Germany, which he presented as a gift to the center.

Dr. Bamo Naqshbandi, after expressing his gratitude, spoke about the importance of these devices and how essential they are for cancer patients, highly praising Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi's gift.

Mr. Hawbir, a radiation specialist at the center, explained the scientific operation of the equipment, which consists of a set of tools for treating cancer through radiation, including (two ionization chambers, one daily check device, and software).

Professor Dr. Mariwan mentioned that when Dr. Ali Qaradaghi learned that the center needed these devices, he decided to provide them, which is another service he has rendered to our nation.

At the end of the meeting, the Director of Zhyanawa Center presented a letter of thanks from the center to Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi through the President of the University.

It is worth noting that by providing this equipment, the burden on cancer patients, who previously had to travel abroad due to the malfunction of the old equipment, will be reduced.
