Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi Launches a 3-Day Intensive Course for Scholars and Academics in Kurdistan and Iraq

Sulaimaniyah – Today, Friday, May 2, 2025, Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi, founder of the University of Human Development and President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, inaugurated

a comprehensive three-day course. The program, titled "The Deductive Approach, the Jurisprudence of Balance, and the Advancement of Maqasid", convened nearly 200 religious scholars and academic specialists in Islamic sciences from across the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. The first day of this significant event has successfully concluded.

The course has drawn a diverse group of participants, including scholars from the governorates of Duhok, Erbil, and Sulaimaniyah, as well as from various other Iraqi provinces. Notably, a number of scholars from Eastern Kurdistan are also in attendance.

Hosted at the University of Human Development, the intensive course is scheduled to continue for three consecutive days.

Attendees have expressed their profound admiration and appreciation for the depth and richness of the course content.
