Professor Dr. Ali Muhyiddin Qaradaghi met with the AXIS Foundation.

Professor Dr. Ali Muhyiddin Qaradaghi, the head of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, received a delegation from the AXIS Development and Civilization Foundation, based in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, on Monday afternoon.

The foundation is headed by Sheikh Rifat Sharif, with Sheikh Fawzi Muslih as his deputy.

Also present at the meeting was Dr. Khairuddin Khoja, a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Union of Muslim Scholars – representing the Balkan countries (Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, and the European part of Turkey).

The discussion focused on ways to establish cooperation between the Union of Scholars and the AXIS Foundation, promoting Islam, publishing books, and organizing training for imams and preachers in the Balkan countries.

It is worth noting that the AXIS Development and Civilization Foundation is a non-governmental organization established in 2019, with its headquarters in Skopje and originating from the region of North Macedonia.

The AXIS Foundation organizes various activities, such as seminars, conferences, forums, and meetings, in addition to organizing development courses for individuals and other institutions.

The foundation also works on publishing research and books to achieve its goals, as well as coordinating efforts and forming alliances with other institutions for common objectives.
