Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi Awarded an Honorary Shield by a University for His Efforts and Endeavors

In recognition and appreciation of his efforts and endeavors in serving the Islamic nation, the President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi, was awarded an honorary shield by a university.

In a unique step that reflected global appreciation for the efforts of the International Union of Muslim Scholars in promoting dialogue and connecting the parts of the Islamic world, the President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Prof. Dr. Ali Muhyiddin Qaradaghi, was awarded an honorary shield by the former President of Sabahattin Zaim University, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bulut. This took place during a special ceremony held on the university campus.

This honor comes after the unparalleled efforts that Prof. Dr. Ali Qaradaghi dedicates to building bridges of communication within the Islamic world. He achieves this through his jurisprudential wisdom, deep experience in Islamic economics, and comprehensive knowledge of Fiqh al-Mizan (jurisprudence of balance).

It is worth noting that all these efforts by the Doctor have led to the emergence of a new, balanced vision between authenticity and modernity in addressing the problems of the nation.

During the ceremony, and in the presence of Dr. Abd al-Mutalib Arba, Deputy Dean of the Faculty and Head of the Department of Islamic Economics in the Arabic College, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bulut, on behalf of the university president and its administration, presented the honorary shield to the President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars.
