The Doctor Professor in the universities..
The economics expert of the banks...
The world-renowned traveling personality...
The comforter of fatherless children in Kurdistan...
The planner and strategist of projects...
The outstanding Imam and Mullah of the century, among the scholars of the twelve sciences..
The academic and lecturer at Oxford, the UN, and global scientific centers...
The one concerned with the unity of Muslims worldwide from Afghanistan to the Maghreb..
The owner of sermons and advice for all Islamic groups..
The author and writer of the Jurisprudence of Balance in the Quran, in addition to dozens of important scientific books that are references from which scholars are not needless....

I have been in your service since 1992... I used to think what are all these diverse talents and how has God gathered them in one person for us...? I have always said... Alhamdulillah.. Masha'Allah.. La quwwata illa billah.. Barakallahu fikum..
Your concern was the hungry, the poor, the destitute, and the needy..

When you would caress the necks of fatherless children...
When you would sit with etiquette in the presence of a Mullah from Kurdistan.
When you would listen to teachers and contemporary academic work in the universities.
When you were concerned about the civil war, you prevented a round of civil war between the PUK and KDP..
When Kak Masoud and Mam Jalal would embrace you... at Sari Rash or Qalachwalan...
When at this age and with this dignity, you yourself would unload cargo and present humanitarian aid to the afflicted people, in Shengal and Western Kurdistan.

At those times, it seemed as if you had no other work and no sorrow had afflicted your heart..

When your first meeting on your first return to Kurdistan was a visit to Mullah Othman, the Quran commentator, in Sar-ashkawtan...
In 1992, you talked to us about the new world order in the Ahmed Mukhtar hall in Halabja... you talked about women's rights in the cultural hall of Sulaimani for the sisters, you talked to us about the Kurdish issue and its Islamic solution in the Khanaka mosque, this was only on your first return to Kurdistan...

Despite dozens of obstacles, you did not give up until the University of Human Development raised the flag of knowledge for us... along with that you said that for the displaced people of Rojava, education must be free for them. ...

Your Excellency, the President, in your returns to Kurdistan you intended to visit the relevant parties, personalities, influential people, with great difficulty you managed to maintain ties of kinship, just so that their obstacles would dissolve and the charitable work of Rabita would continue throughout the year... because you were always in a race against time, with everyone..
It was a quarter of a century ago that you built the Hevy hospital for children...
You built the great Sawaf mosque of the Allamah, in the Kurdish city of Erbil.

Certainly the blessings of the mouthful of bread from the Iftar meal of those fasting... thousands of tons of good qurbani meat on the Eids... the sadaqah of fitr and zakat and injections and medicine, for hundreds of poor sick people of Kurdistan...
The call to prayer and the voice and the congregational prayer, in hundreds of remote villages of Kurdistan... are provisions for your path.. O strange caravan leader, you came from Nawtawa... now you are for the whole world...
It was your Rabita, Your Excellency the President of the Union, that became a school of charity and a pioneer of relief work from the camps of Iran until today... a flag and a banner of benevolence for philanthropists...

Because you are a person of knowledge, you had received the Mullah's license of the twelve sciences in the service of the Mufti of Iraq, Mullah Karim of Biyara, a master's and doctorate degree from the Azhar of Muslims with first-class honors from the Egyptians, you said we are the nation of "Iqra'" (Read)... let's create the "Iqra" organization to be the house of Arqam and Abdullah son of Mas'ud, like a beehive teaching the Quran to children and adults of both genders... so that it becomes a cure for ailments..
You even stopped us, the staff of Rabita, and said I am not pleased if you go to America with the organizations... we have a message.. we have work... stay for the message of the Rabita of Muslims.... what have we done.. we are just getting started.... the nation has hope in us from now on...

When I came to you to inform you that many guests were waiting for you in the Rabita hall, but you, with calm nerves, were sitting alone in your room reading a book.. you said dear Kak Sheikh Taha, we must keep reading until death... I have a few minutes left until my appointment with them, let me read these few pages...
You have memorized the Quran since childhood but you continued to read the Quran and glance over the pages of the noble mushaf...
You who were the companion of the great Allamah of the world... you loved your teacher Yusuf al-Qaradawi like the apple of your eye...
With him and hundreds of outstanding scholars in the world, you thought of establishing the International Union of Muslim Scholars... eventually, al-Qaradawi as president and you as secretary-general...

And now, due to your activity and proactiveness, with 91.5% of the votes, you were deemed suitable to take the place of the Allamah of the age, Yusuf al-Qaradawi...
Although this news made me very happy, it was not surprising to me..
After all, the attendees of the Doha conference, they look right and left and up and down, who can they find more worthy than you to make the burden on their shoulders heavier...?
The pot looks for its own lid... and so it found it....
"And the believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise." (At-Tawbah 71) ..

And now from founder to institutionalization, which is the slogan of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, after the grace of God.... with the team spirit and support of your esteemed colleagues... Sheikh Dedew the pious scholar and Dr. Sallabi the writer and Issam al-Bashir the eloquent and others, you will become the reference point and the tent full of the light of Islam... with the Al-Aqsa Flood, you too become a flood... may your ship, like Noah's, take the believers aboard... may the Union of Scholars become the primary source for everyone... the sole reference for Muslims, your fatwas.. your thoughts, writings, and speeches, your positions and insistence, scientifically... modernly, moderately, from which drips justice, excellence, brotherhood, human rights, piety, resolve, desire, and determination, may in the future and under the guidance of your excellency and your collaborating team, the recommendations of the International Union of Muslim Scholars be a storm that sweeps away every innovation.. putting aside all extremism, laxity, superstitions, and partisanship and practically demonstrating the moderate message of Islam and the mercy to the worlds of the Quran in every center...

Your Excellency Sheikh:

Become representatives, spokespeople, and academics throughout the world... you are more knowledgeable, we are very scattered and dispersed.. we are very much a plaything of ignorance and the enemies of humanity, may your meetings and your scientific products be so strong.. market them well so that you become number one.. we are very worn out and tired from the hand of division... this needs a revolution... become a fire.. become a storm... do not settle down until a dove brings an olive branch of good tidings for the whole world...
"Say, 'O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah.' But if they turn away, then say, 'Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].'" (Al 'Imran 64)

Dear Doctor:

we expect the presence of your organization in more than ninety countries.. the gathering of more than ninety thousand active members and the inclusion of more than sixty diverse scientific associations and organizations, may it be that under the leadership of your excellency, you become a source of hope and unity for Muslims... Saladin al-Ayyubi, before liberating Al-Aqsa, began with the unification of the region, he was enriched by the pen of Qadi al-Fadil and then he was able to take Al-Aqsa from the hands of the Crusaders...

Great Doctor... President of the Union of Scholars:
Today the Islamic world is entangled with dozens of problems, one of which is Al-Aqsa.. when you and your Union under your leadership have been able to become the reference for Muslims and believers, then you will have removed the biggest obstacles... hand in hand and strength from God..
You, by the grace of God and the guidance of Allah the Exalted, with the companionship of dozens of brothers, teachers, and sincere people, were able to establish Rabita in the eighties and hold the Cologne conference.. in the nineties during times of hardship and scarcity you were the full hands, the food baskets, the fists of money, the bags of qurbani meat, the blocks and bricks for mosques, and the rebuilding of villages... hundreds of billions of dinars of aid and projects implemented...
Later, the work and the shuttle diplomacy of your excellency in the east and west as the Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars played a prominent role... wherever and whoever your hand and mouth reached, you did not hesitate.. I once saw your passport, Masha'Allah, there was no space left for a visa or a stamp... you were such a traveler..
With the (slogan) and motto of your sixth conference, we hope that all those minds full of concern and thought can say: Yes, Sheikh Ali Qaradaghi passed from here.... after the storm, settle again on Judi....

My great one:

Congratulations on the presidency of the scholars... please do not get tired... do not give up.. prove that we Kurds have had Ibn al-Salah of Shahrizor and Saladin al-Ayyubi and Ibn Khallikan and Baqillani and the Nursi of the age and Nasir Subhani and Muftizadeh of the Kurds... we have had tens.. hundreds... thousands... the caravan of Islam of the Muslims cannot be without Kurds.. the pleasant passage of this Islam has not been and will not be without Nodeyi and Mahwi and Nali and Mawlana and Khal and Bekhud...

My relative and beloved Dr. Ali:

All your goodness and successes are under the mercy of God.... error and shortcoming are human nature and are forgiven... when your fatwas are correct it is two degrees of reward and when you are not correct you have the reward of ijtihad...
For Muslims, whatever you can do, do not hesitate... for Kurds too, as always, whether in Erbil.. or in Qandil.. in Ankara or in Afrin.. in Iran or in Turan.. our eyes are on your path.... your duties are many... you were never the property of only the Kurds... you have carried your sorrows like a dervish's kashkul on your back, from the islands of Java, .. New Zealand.. Philippines and Afghanistan and the Caucasus and Europe and the depths of Africa to America..

Honorable Dr. Sheikh Ali:

in this Safa and Marwa of life, let your eyes be on the prophets, instead of thanks they were accused... they were sworn at.. they were insulted... here there are people who have been raised with insults... their pens drip with shamelessness... their mouths and tongues with a discordant voice bestow accusations... that is all they have in their bags... you are a caravan leader.. you have a message... your time is much more valuable than to pay them any mind or even to glance at them...
"So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth." ...
