We ask Almighty God to grant you success, guide your steps, and make your era of leadership one of goodness, stability, and prosperity for the honorable Iraqi people.

Along with these congratulations, we express our deep appreciation for the great responsibility placed upon your shoulders during this sensitive stage, in which the people of Iraq look forward to a wise leadership that unites everyone, closes ranks, restores Iraq's status and sovereignty, and fulfills its people's aspirations for security, stability, and development.

Mr. President,

Iraq, with its ancient history and its human and natural resources, is capable—by God’s will—of overcoming current challenges, provided there is a sincere will and a sound vision based on prioritizing the national interest, consolidating the principle of citizenship, and strengthening state institutions and the rule of law.

It is no secret to Your Excellency that dear Iraq is currently passing through a very sensitive and complex phase amid international and internal conflicts. This requires Your Excellency and the government to act with the utmost wisdom and cooperation. Furthermore, the situation calls upon the noble Iraqi people to exert every effort to achieve comprehensive national unity based on justice, equality, and the revival of a constructive spirit of initiative, in order to achieve comprehensive progress, development, and prosperity.

We pray to Almighty God to aid you in carrying this trust and to grant you success in everything that brings good to Iraq and its people, and to make your era the beginning of a new stage of unity, stability, and growth.
