Launching a global campaign to introduce the principles of the Prophet of Mercy to all peoples of the world, and to save humanity, under the slogan "Granted Mercy."

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Mercy to all the worlds, and upon all his family, companions, and those who follow his guidance until the Day of Judgment. Thereafter:

Framing:

On behalf of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, we appeal to the Ministries of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, and all pious scholars, and then to all sound natures who feel the problems that humanity has faced, such as disbelief, the instability of human principles and laws, working against the sound nature of humans, and the destruction of the family, all of which are signs - according to the sunnahs of Allah Almighty - of immense evil and destructive chaos, paving the way for the deterioration and devastating wars of advanced civilizations.

In this situation, the world's thinkers all feel a complete void; indeed, it is felt that the laws of the jungle have replaced the true heavenly laws and human laws.

This void can only be filled by the preserved Book of Allah, which contains no falsehood from before or behind, sent down by a Wise and Praiseworthy One. Just as these principles have only been implemented through the beloved Prophet, the Messenger of Mercy to the worlds, peace be upon him.

In a world where connections and openness among peoples are significantly increasing, it is very important to launch a comprehensive campaign to introduce the personality of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his blessed biography. The aim is to highlight the humanitarian and ethical aspects of the Prophet of Mercy and clarify his important role in spreading the teachings of justice, mercy, and peace.

The activities of this campaign began on Wednesday, 1st of Rabi' al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to September 4, 2024, and will continue until 22nd of Rabi' al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to September 25, 2024.

Goals:

• Global Awareness: Introducing the nations and the world to the great principles such as human dignity, freedom, and rights, as well as the high values of our master Muhammad (peace be upon him) in humanitarian, ethical, educational, and advocacy aspects, and working on their implementation in different aspects of life.

• Disseminating Accurate and Reliable Information: Spreading accurate and reliable information about the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his teachings, in order to correct widespread misconceptions in some circles and to make them examples for ethics and behavior.

• Building Bridges of Understanding and Love: Building bridges of understanding and love between Muslims and those who live for good, among intellectuals and followers of other heavenly religions.

• Connecting with Youth: Using social media and electronic platforms to reach young generations and introduce them to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in a contemporary language that suits their interests.

Content of the Campaign:

Honorable scholars have complete freedom to discuss all different aspects of the Prophet's biography, with a focus on the following dimensions:

Principles of Justice and Benevolence:

• Mercy to the Worlds: Discussing the instances where the Prophet's mercy and compassion (peace be upon him) were manifested, not only for Muslims but for all humanity in general, animals, and the environment. As stated in the Holy Qur'an: [And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds].

• Trustworthiness and Honesty: Showing stories from the Prophet's life (peace be upon him) that reveal his honesty and trustworthiness in his dealings with Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

• Principle of Justice: Highlighting the Prophet's stances (peace be upon him) in establishing the principles of justice in all circumstances.

• Humility: Showing the Prophet's life (peace be upon him) as a pioneer in simplicity and humility, in his mingling with people, treating them well, and showing gentleness towards them.

• Noble Character: Highlighting the Almighty's saying: [And indeed, you are of a great moral character] and presenting stories from his life that demonstrate his noble character in social relations.

• Patience and Steadfastness: Showing how the Prophet (peace be upon him) embodied patience and steadfastness when facing the challenges of advocacy, and his firm reliance on the principles of faith, good expectation of Allah Almighty, and steadfastness.

Participants:

Institutions, organizations, and scientific associations, scholars, preachers, lecturers, and teachers, as well as targeted media outlets of all types (visual, audio, and written).

Therefore, we urge and call upon the Ministries of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in Islamic countries, and we appeal to scientific and advocacy organizations, associations, institutions, and Islamic bodies to respond to this campaign and direct preachers to adopt this project in their sermons. We also call upon all scholars, thinkers, teachers, youth, institutions, and individuals to stand united in supporting this blessed campaign and cooperate in spreading correct information and pure thought that embodies the Prophet's message (peace be upon him) of tolerance, love, and justice, through these means:

• Writing articles and introductory texts about the Prophet (peace be upon him) in different languages.

• Publishing influential sayings about the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his blessed traditions on social media.

• Producing awareness videos and recording statements by Muslim and non-Muslim scholars about the Prophet (peace be upon him).

• Publishing special media content on pages and websites in different languages.

• Using various media platforms to disseminate books dedicated to the Prophet's biography (peace be upon him).

• Dedicate Friday sermons during this campaign to introducing the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his message.

• Broadcasting special series introducing the Prophet (peace be upon him) on local and international channels, to respond to the doubts raised about the beloved Prophet (peace be upon him).

• Organizing live and Zoom activities to revive the occasion and participate in the campaign in any appropriate way.

We kindly request that these be carried out in all living languages of the world.

Finally, we express our great thanks and appreciation to all those who work for the success of this campaign and ask Allah, the Most High, to bless this nation by returning them to their religion and adhering to His Book, as well as by unifying their word and granting them victory over their enemies.
