On the occasion of your election as the President of the (International Union of Muslim Scholars), I congratulate you and ask the Merciful God to enable you to perform this duty in the best possible way, and for the International Union of Muslim Scholars in general to be at the required level to carry out its responsibilities, especially in these difficult and complex circumstances, where global disbelief and its dependent and subordinate elements, in various guises and forms, have taken up positions against Islam and Muslims.

May God, with His boundless generosity and mercy, adorn the scholars and diligent ones among Muslims even more with faith, piety, knowledge, high morals, courage, and sacrifice, and keep them away from any bad and lowly characteristic that weakens and diminishes them.
